No. Many records come from other organizations. The main goal is to help you collect and organize them. Tools for records you prepare yourself, including signed forms, are secondary planned features.
Not always. The planned export will help organize your documents, but your auditor’s instructions control. Keep original ELD files and other electronic records when those formats are requested. DOT Audit Binder will not replace your ELD.
No. A document checklist cannot determine compliance or an audit outcome. The auditor may request additional records and review your actual safety practices.
